The host was very detailed in his instructions about the property ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay.and available to ensure He did so in a timely manner throughout our stay. “A great relaxing weekend.”

“Very nice spot with interesting layout. The hot water heater requires an aluminum anode rod, as your mineral mix in the well is most likely high in manganese. The sulfuric stench is such that we didn’t want to use the hot water at all. I read other reviews along the same lines, so it has been brought to the owners attention, yet not remedied. Therefore, we wouldn’t stay again unless it was guaranteed that it has been fixed. ”

“There’s a lot of religious signs up in the house and also political brochures. I’m trying to get away to relax, not to be told of how much I need god in my life. ”

“This was our second visit to the cabin and we loved it! The back screened in porch is perfect for sitting and relaxing. The location is great if you are seeking relaxation, there are other cabins nearby but it was very quiet. The cabin was very clean when we arrived. We will be back!”

“This is our second time staying at The Outlook this year. As before we were greeted by deer on the property. They didn't seem bothered by us at all. The cabin was sparkling clean and linens and towels were made up and ready. The view across the valley was wonderful with the trees changing into their fall colors. “We had a wonderful visit for Memorial Day weekend. The house is wonderful with updated bathrooms, kitchen, W/D and even a fire pit and hot tub. Pretty much everything you need, can “unplug” if you want but we did have enough Wi-Fi for what we wanted to do. Great location, a short walk to Berkeley Springs park and pools and lots of kitschy fun shops. Several good eating places nearby and stores are convenient if you forget something. Cacapon SP a short drive away and also movies, bowling,……

“We helped the owner resolve the double booking. I only wish he had taken responsibility for the mistake and not blamed the app. I am grateful for the other travelers who gave up their reservation and went looking for somewhere else to stay.”
