“Mid April stay. We shared the beach for three gloriously sunny days with no one but dogs and their owners walking the shore. Winter swimming was amazing. Great beach, safe, flat, wide. Three things of note: the stairs are very steep/ high so anyone with knee or hip issues might have a hard time getting up the two flights. The sleeper couch is old and tired and needs replacing. My back did not allow me to sit on it as there is absolutely no support and the cushions were sagged through. We……

“Of course it wasn't ideal weather but it was nice for April in Maine. I was just looking for a place to clear my head, hear the waves, smell the salt air and put my toes in the sand. Maybe catch a sunrise. The sunrise was very small and brief but I was grateful to see it. see it”

“Overall we had a great time here. Very well equipped for our family. With the tavern downstairs and some live music, it made it even more fun dancing outside on the shore of old orchard. Our family loved the games that were already here, keeping us all entertained. Hoping they can get there washer and dryer fixed! That was really the only downfall which is really minor. We loved our stay overall and would recommend this to someone staying in maine. ”

“C'est la deuxième fois que nous allons à cet endroit, dans le même appartement. Nous apprécions la proximité de la plage. La connexion internet fonctionnait bien et la télé également contrairement à l'an dernier. Nous aimons cet endroit, car il y a un frigo, un micro-ondes et un four pour cuisiner. Essentiel avec des enfants :-) Les draps et serviettes n'ont pas été changés, mais nous ne l'avons pas demandé. J'aurais aimé avoir une petite moppe pour ramasser le sable sur le plancher. ”

“Really enjoyed our stay. The property was spacious, clean and modern and convenient to the beach and amusements. We definitely plan to stay here again next year!”

“This was a great find for our group! King size mattress was super comfortable. I did hear that one of the queens was much more firm than the other. Everything was clean. Kitchen was great for breakfasts and lunches. The only thing was our keycode didn’t work everytime. Sometimes it took us 4 or 4 tries.”

The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful but just a short drive into downtown Portland. Bike friendly! David provided privacy but was there if needed. We had a wonderful time! ”

“We had a great weekend at this condo. The listing is exactly as described and you just can’t beat the oceanfront location. It was the perfect size for two couples and 3 kids. Each family had their own sleeping space. Beach entrance is only a few steps from the home and we enjoyed being able to hear the ocean waves from the private balcony. Easy walk down to the pier and nearby restaurants. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay or location. We’ll definitely be back! ”

“I went to Wendy’s condo as a weekend getaway and I loved every minute of it! The view was amazing, the condo was clean and lovely, and the location was perfect! Wendy was really generous with letting me check in early and out late since her cleaners were not going to be there until later and she communicated well. I would 100% stay here again! ”
