Perfectly located to explore tenterden on foot. In the morning, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast served in a quaint little courtyard besides the beautiful Japanese garden which added to the serene ambiance . “About 5 minutes walk from Rye old town, markets, shops and restaurants. Hotel, although a little jaded round the edges decoration wise, was lovely and clean and comfortable. Bedrooms were a good size, comfortable beds and pillows and bathrooms very clean. All public areas were clean and tidy. Staff were very pleasant and couldn't do enough for you. Good bar with an area outside with seating overlooking the river. And, breakfast was wonderful and many options. Would stay here again if down in Rye……

“A beautiful property with quaint gardens within the grounds. Room was for four of us, we had a double bed and a bunk. It was a small room but perfect for us. Bright, airy, and clean with an ensuite shower. Breakfast was included and was a great selection of hot, fresh fruit, cereals with coffee and juices. Would definitely come back and wholeheartedly recommended.”
