Afternoon staff are fantastic and go above and beyond to help patrons.
The contract cleaning staff do not clean properly, that's the only down side.
We'll be coming back to stay on our next trip.”

The room is tidy and the share facilities are clean. I think the staffs are friendly as well... unfortunately the holiday is near the train station, so you may feel it's noisy but I think it's acceptable. A nice experience with Granville hotel.”
