“Clean and conveniently located”

“Our stay was fantastic! The property was exactly as promised, and Erick was an absolute delight to deal with. He was incredibly prompt in answering all our questions and offered so many great local suggestions. The welcome snack basket and homemade cookies were such a thoughtful touch! We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.”

“A very clean and comfortable home. Plenty of space for my family (3 of us). Lots of extra towels, beach towels, blankets and kitchen supplies. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash being supplied was a nice touch. Practically across the street from Seabreeze and just a short walk (or drive) away from a beach. Neighborhood is quiet (other than the noise from Seabreeze which closes at 8pm). During our stay we were impacted by the poor air quality so we spent more time indoors than planned.……

We had a place to stay in Buffalo the night before we were coming to Rochester, late in the day they canceled on us and there were no hotel rooms. Carrie let us in early and kept us from being homeless several thousand miles away from home and with children. ”

“Overall, I’d liked the place. It looked even better in person. It was exactly what I needed.Everything was exactly as described. It came with water and some snacks. It was well stocked with seasonings dishes, pots, and pans. Everything that you need. The washer and dryer worked great and efficiently. It was beautifully decorated. The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. It was very very clean. The neighborhood was nice. You are living near an airport so you will hear airplanes go……

“Our family of 14 enjoyed the expansive property and amenities offered. The listing was accurate and the space/privacy was appreciated! The kids loved the zip line, frog pond, and craft room. There were plenty of quiet cozy spots for us to break up and do our own thing. ”

“First off there is no AC int his place so beware of staying there in the summer like we did. The individual AC units they had did not work. They did not have many fans either. There was a musty smell in the house it was mold. The basement was filled with it. I am allergic to mold and know the smell vey well. I floors were very dirty not mopped. When we walked through the house in our bare feet everyone's feet were black, like we walked outside in the dirt. The downstairs toilet stopped working……

“Stayed here with my family for the July 4th weekend. Charming lake house on a quiet street. Perfect spot to start the day with a gorgeous sunrise and end the day with a beautiful sunset. We shared meals on the porch and threw the football in the backyard. It was perfect for us!”
