“Great spot and in walking distance to everything you need! ”

“This place is really hard to beat! Wonderful ocean views, sunrises, breezes, and sounds of the surf. It's a classic beach cottage that has everything you need and nothing you don't. We've rented dozens of different places over our 32 years coming to LBI, and this one is EASILY near the very top. Beyond that, the host was very responsive, very communicative, and legitimately made sure we were enjoying our experience. If there's ONE thing to note, it's the tandem parking can be a challenge at……

“Couldn't ask for a better location or communication with the host. Sand is of course hard to keep out of a beach front property, but all of the other aspects of the house made up for it. I would stay again and would recommend for anyone & their family. ”

“So cute!! Very clean, and the host was very kind and accommodating! There were extra toiletries just in case (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste) which we didn’t need but appreciated a lot! Towels were supplied, and kitchen was great! Some seasonings supplied, we brought our own though. Coffee maker works and they have cute to go cups you can use! The only thing is that since the room is right by the elevator, it can be loud during high traffic times, but it never really bothered us.……

“The property was great for a group of friends, its slightly out of the way and isn't pretty from the street, but we had no problems at all. The rooms were well fitted out and in good order. I wouldn't recommend for a family with young children as the balcony railing was quite low, bit for a group of adults, or was great. ”
