It really is the first floor of a very cute two family house Very spacious for my husband and I, nicely appointed, immaculately clean, nice touches like snacks and kitchen supplies, use of bikes, beach chairs and beach cart, beach tags. We were right off the elevator and heard no noise from it during the stay so it's ok to get the room by the elevator everyone.
