“First, this is a great location and in walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and what ever else you enjoy. The ONLY downfall is parking is so limited. You have to be early to get a parking spot at either entrance to the building you are staying. Otherwise, you may have to park across the busy street and walk back. Which was our experience the second night we were there. My sister and I didn’t think the stairs would pose a problem, it just looked like a few little steps online. These steps……

“We had a speaking engagement near by and needed to just stay one night. Our arrival time was to be anywhere from 8-10 pm. The contactless check in went very smoothly due to the excellent communication with the owners. “We have been coming to Johnson City for the past eight years! We have our favorite places we love to stay at, but when they aren’t available, it allows us to explore a different part of town. This unit is a small space at the back and was perfect for the two of us and our dog. It was very private, parking in front, close to the downtown area where great food can be found! ”

“At first we felt like overaged grad students due to the location, young adults and music. We were in town for a funeral and also had our 7 year old grandson. But everyone observed the quiet time and the place was really charming. Grandson loved the swing and children's nook. I loved the front porch each morning while sipping coffee. “We loved the Zen simplicity of this rental. Communication was great, especially about their expectations since I was bringing my dog with me. They were very accommodating and pet friendly. I would recommend bringing your own sheets to cover furniture and bedding if you have a furry dog. It will help with cleanup and prevent extra, unexpected charges. The location was fantastic. Central to everything we wanted to do in the Tri-Cities area. Walkable to downtown Johnson City and Founders Park.……
