“Lovely home in a beautiful area. Extremely quiet and very clean. Beds were comfortable and we really appreciated the extra touch of them leaving us muffins for our breakfast. We would definitely stay at this home again when we come back to the area. We can’t recommend it enough. Host had great communication in the house was easy to access.”

“Everything was even better than expected. The cleanest place we have ever stayed. Location is perfect within walking distance to a lot of things. We visit Johnson city often, we will be looking ahead so we can this place again. Thanks again for such a great experience!”

“The charming Marshall Cottage provided us the perfect location for a small Friendsgiving (Thanksgiving with close friends) with its central location, peaceful setting, amazing kitchen, and ample sleeping options. It is kid/family friendly and our 6 year old had plenty of romping room outside.”

“This home was exactly as advertised, which is not always the case, but certainly was here. Very quiet, friendly neighborhood as well. Many rentals up here do not have A/C, but due to the unusually high humidity this weekend, we were definitely glad this one did. Simply loved everything about this rental. Next time we are in the area, we will check the availability here first. Thanks for a great weekend!!!”

“We had a great time. Many fooz ball games were played. We were there for my nephew’s wedding it is a great location to everything. We hope to come back during ski season. ”

“This was such a nice house! My son, husband and I stayed here for 3 days. It was great! There were condiments and so much stuff for us to use, which was nice coming from out of state and not wanting to buy all the things that we would just use a little of. The place smelled so clean and fresh! They were great about communication every step of the booking and check in. We plan on coming back with my other family members next time. There was lots of extra room!”

“We absolutely adored the property, however for 2 older women, there was not enough toilet paper in the bathroom. We looked around and never found any other rolls… also, the fridge was off. We put food in it and it seemed to be on when we got there, however several hours later found our ice cream melted and the fridge was not on. Would have been good to have had a warning for that. Other than those 2 things it was a great stay. Beds comfy, quiet, and serene. ”

“Such a unique experience. Gave a weekend stay to my family of boys who love The Hobbit and anything adventure. The set up inside is so cozy and we loved having the fireplace outside. They really thought of everything to make our winter stay cozy and enjoyable. Enjoyed being close to the ski slopes as well so great location for that and some good restaurants nearby but feel somewhat secluded when you’re at the house which was nice. ”

“We had a great time on our quick trip to go tubing. The house was located close and was just as described. Lots of windows which was nice as we got some snow while there and it was pretty. Owner was great in communicating with us with any questions we had. ”
