“The Hotel is well located in a quiet area of Kanpur. Rooms and overall hardware, amenities etc are decent for a tier 2 city. However, the team needs a lot of work in terms of service, communication and basic hospitality training. We got a feel that they meant well; however lacked professional training and the soft skills were totally missing.
