“the property is very nice and the staff super friendly. My issues are that i asked the front desk staff 3 days in a row to have house keeping go in my room and at the very least restock the toilet paper. which never happened. also the food at the hotel restaurant is ok but nothing special and you better like spicey. ”

“The Hotel is well located in a quiet area of Kanpur. Rooms and overall hardware, amenities etc are decent for a tier 2 city. However, the team needs a lot of work in terms of service, communication and basic hospitality training. We got a feel that they meant well; however lacked professional training and the soft skills were totally missing. The Regenta parent brand; being a part of Royal Orchid Hotel group, needs to step in and make sure the franchises are training their team as per the……
