“The staff were on top of things. Our battery went out on our a/c thermostat and within 15 minutes they had come and replaced. The next day the maid knocked to see if we wanted her to clean our room, but I told her no and asked for an extra blanket. She called another maid and she delivered one in 5 minutes.
