“Spent a long weekend to attend the 3-game Cubs series. Location was perfect - about a mile from the stadium but in a non-urban feel neighborhood. Lots of unique shops and dining options in the immediate area. Noise from the street a little loud at times.”

“This home was so amazing. The decor was top notch to begin. The size of each room was perfect. Alexa playing relaxing music, bed was so comfortable and they have an area outside the bedroom door where you can go sit and have a smoke if you need too. I was sitting out back with my sweetheart and seen a falling star . This place is a must stay if you’re ever in the area. You won’t be disappointed I promise you that. ”

“I'm so glad we chose this place for our trip to Kentucky. GPS kept rounting us left out of the community but once we realized going right was better it was perfect. Grocery stores, restaurants, and Graers ice cream, wow! Our host, Stephanie, was perfect and jumped on every question I had with grace and fortitude. The home was breathtaking and perfect in every way. It really felt like home away from home. Our triplet daughters are so picky when it comes to places to stay and they were very……

“House was charming! We are from a rural area, so sitting on a front porch of a little street and having neighbors so near (the houses' roofs were almost touching!) was a true novelty for us and exactly the experience we were looking for on this trip to visit the Ark. We had three generations (30's, 60's, 80's) in the house and all were happy with it. The neighbors were very nice, too! We talked with a young girl walking down the street pushing a stroller with a ferret one morning and had two……

“Older Clifton home but super close to the University of Cincinnati! Mark was quick to respond and the house was very clean! Gayle did a great job prepping the home and we walked in with it smelling great! Would have been tricky with a house full to capacity with only 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen but it was perfect for our family to get together for my daughter’s graduation! Thank you for letting us stay in your home! I would definitely rent again! ”

“Our family had a great two-night stay at this recently renovated home in Cincinnati. It seems like the neighborhood is going through a revival and we were glad to enjoy our time in this home. Thank you for sharing it with us.”

“Had a group of friends come stay in Cinci for Cubs Reds game, this was a great location for us and in a nice location with plenty to walk to. Parking was a little tight but we knew this going into the trip. Host was responsive and attentive, providing us with suggestions and plenty of information. Check out was amazing, I'm not a fan of having to semi clean a place when we are already paying a "cleaning fee" this was not the case. ”

“We enjoyed the extremely large space provided and the unique aspect of this venue. You must be willing to adapt when staying in a historic building such as this. While the MBR has its own private bath, the other 2 bedrooms share a bathroom that is an en-suite to the first bedroom. The guests of the second bedroom (2 double beds) must go through the first bedroom to get to it. We all appreciated the space and experience, and the owner is excellent with communication!”
