“We arrived late and left early under the cover of night. House was clean but things were worn or low quality. Temperature of the home was uncomfortable and took a long time to reach a level of comfort.”

“This house was a beautiful older home. The location was great. We were minutes from everything we wanted to do. The only thing that bugged us was the fact we shouldn't have to do any maintenance ourselves (doesn't matter if it was small or not). They need to communicate with their clean company, if it was their fault. Plus we asked the home owner about 2 things and was only told how to fix one of the problems. We had to figure out ourselves on the other (they never helped us with that one)”

“Place was good but would have been nice to have guide of trash days. Did not put trash out because didn't know when and there was trash in the containers from previous. Took a few days to figure out TV also since I don't use that system. ”

“We had a great stay here. The property was comfortable and close to the convention center, local attractions and restaurants. There were several board games at the home that our kids enjoyed playing with. Communication was very clear and easy with the property managers! Would not hesitate to rebook this place or with them again! Thanks!”

“We had 10 of us starting for the weekend and had a great time. The check in was confusing because they had a different phone number than my own? Also the place could use a good dusting. But all in all it served its purpose and we had a great time! ”

“Recently stayed at Ervin's place in Cincy for a weekend birthday celebration for my husband. We had a party of 5 adults, no children. His place was at a great location and was only about a 15 minute walk to a streetcar pick up which takes you to different areas of downtown. Would recommend staying here.”

“We came for a surprise birthday party at Mount Adams Grill and then came back to the house to play games and drink a little wine and had a great time. The next day we just walked around Mt. Adams and then explored a little, took naps and met friend for dinner at Mad Tree. We had a ball and everything was perfect!This house was perfect for the 6 of us!”

“Our family of five had a lovely stay. The house was very clean and comfortable. Located in a safe neighborhood, and relatively close to many restaurants and attractions. We especially appreciated all the kid gear— toys, games, plastic dishes, etc— which made it so pleasant to stay with our young children. Would stay again if we are in the area. ”

“We stayed in the Odd Fellows room which was wonderful. It was very clean and had every convenience that I needed. I appreciated the personal touches like the extra, soft blankets and the quirky decor. The whiskey venue downstairs got a little loud on the Saturday night, but the noise machine and ear plugs helped with that. Overall, I highly recommend!”
