“The moment we arrived we met one of the neighbors, Melissa. She was incredible! Gave us dining advice, things to do in the area, and encouraged us to reach out to her if needed. Terrific neighbor, quiet complex, clean, well maintained property. ”

“Great location, right next to the Zoo, only issue was parking. Was supposed to be one spot per VRBO but got back late one night from Kings Island and there were no spots left. ”

“Beautiful home. Well designed. Close to everything. The hot tub was clean and warm for us. The only thing that was wrong was that the air conditioning didn't reach the 3rd floor and the garbage outside wasn't taken out. Overall, if I ever visit Cincinnati again, I will choose this home.”

The house was spacious, clean, and surprisingly affordable for a festival weekend—that alone gets a standing ovation from us!Coming from Texas, we aren’t used to basements, so that part gave me a little pause—it felt like the opening scene of a suspense lifetime movie! But hey, that’s just the Southern girl in……

“Definitely cozy and convenient location”

“We had 7 ladies at this property for a bachelorette party and found the house perfect for our needs. The location was situation is great proximity to the various places we wanted to visit and we always felt safe at the house. Definitely recommend this property! Even though we didn’t need them, the fact that there is a baby gate on the stairs and a high chair available was noted as we all know the difficulties of traveling with children! ”
