“We had a great stay here. The property was comfortable and close to the convention center, local attractions and restaurants. There were several board games at the home that our kids enjoyed playing with. Communication was very clear and easy with the property managers! “Recently stayed at Ervin's place in Cincy for a weekend birthday celebration for my husband. We had a party of 5 adults, no children. His place was at a great location and was only about a 15 minute walk to a streetcar pick up which takes you to different areas of downtown. Would recommend staying here.”

“Overall, the property was very clean and organized. Beds were comfortable. Easily accessible from Miami University. Lots of restaurants and shops close by. The stairs going upstairs are very steep and the second floor elevations are a little weird but doable. The only negative was that the neighbors were very noisy as others also mentioned.”

“We came for a surprise birthday party at Mount Adams Grill and then came back to the house to play games and drink a little wine and had a great time. The next day we just walked around Mt. Adams and then explored a little, took naps and met friend for dinner at Mad Tree. We had a ball and everything was perfect!This house was perfect for the 6 of us!”

“Everything was great. The host was responsive, the place, the information in the binder was very helpful and the snacks were a bonus. My only complaint is the flooring upstairs is starting to pop out of place by the bathroom and is a cutting hazard”
