“Walking into the Southgate House was a great moment. The interior is done beautifully...it was so cool. The kitchen is great, downstairs bedrooms were comfortable, master bath is really unique, and the living area is spacious and well apportioned. But our favorite gathering spot was the rooftop. The weather was kind enough to hold off the rain and we had amazing views of the city....even treated to a post-Reds fireworks show.The property manager (Calvin) was simply outstanding. “We were in town for the weekend Asian festival. There were 6 of us and this unit worked out nicely. Great view, and just minutes from our event downtown. Asked for information from the manager several times and they were very responsive and helpful ”

“Cute, unique little house. Jon was there to help us get in. Place was clean, stocked well ans comfortable. While we felt very safe inside the house, we didn't love the location. Love that it was pet friendly. We love being able to take our girl with us. ”

“Super fun and homey place. We loved all the eclectic decorations. This was a great place to relax between multiple graduation activities. This is in a great location and easily walkable to many restaurants, bars, and shops. There are some stairs to climb to access the space so be aware of that if you have anyone with mobility challenges. It was clean and comfortable and very well stocked. Sheets and towels were clean and soft. Communication with the owner was great. ”

“This place was PERFECT! Great walking distance for sooo many things. We walked all over OTR, and even downtown to Fountain Square, the Hard Rock Casino and TQL Stadium for a soccer game. Having some basic kitchen amenities and laundry was very helpful too! Besides the amazing location, having dedicated parking made it so easy to explore other parts of the city without worrying about finding a parking spot upon your return. If we make it back, would definitely stay here again!”
