“We had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the shower door leaked and had water everywhere each time. WE had to use our towels to soak up and I almost fell because of the wet floor. I was not informed that there was a $10 per day charge for parking. That was overpriced. You parked your own car, and I am handicapped and parking was all outside. Nothing the hotel did required such a high fee. The room was great and was quiet. We were on the 5th floor……

“I traveled in early Jan 2025 to visit family in Covington KY. Not knowing the area, I was unsure of what to expect. Covington is an amazing small town and the unit we stayed in was perfect. “I liked the room, it was very clean and comfortable. Wallpaper starting to come off in the bathroom was noticeable. Tried early check-in and that was not favorable. People I spoke to just weren't sure and not very polite. Person who checked up in was fabulous, professional and very lovely. Enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Thank you.”

“Picked the hotel due to the location for a concert near by. Walking distance to the venue. The only downside was that one of the elevator was down, so it took a while to go up or down after the concert was over and everyone was trying to get to their rooms. The following day for check out the same thing, everyone trying to leave at the same time making it a little bit of a hassle. ”

“The staff are very quick to handle any items needed. The parking was close to an entrance and the room. The building was quiet, and the room was very clean, and stocked as needed. And the breakfast was really a good start for the day; ready, with good coffee. Would stay there again when I am in the area.”
