“Picked the hotel due to the location for a concert near by. Walking distance to the venue. The only downside was that one of the elevator was down, so it took a while to go up or down after the concert was over and everyone was trying to get to their rooms. The following day for check out the same thing, everyone trying to leave at the same time making it a little bit of a hassle. ”

“We had a great experience. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The only problem we had was the shower door leaked and had water everywhere each time. WE had to use our towels to soak up and I almost fell because of the wet floor. I was not informed that there was a $10 per day charge for parking. That was overpriced. You parked your own car, and I am handicapped and parking was all outside. Nothing the hotel did required such a high fee. The room was great and was quiet. We were on the 5th floor……

“The room wasn't that clean the carpet was sticky and there was a used Q tip on the bathroom floor, and had 1 wash cloth an 1 hand towel. ”

“A coworker and I stayed here for two nights this week on a business trip. The rooms were clean and service at the desk is excellent! The beds were comfortable and it was one of the more quiet hotels I've stayed in. There was one issue with a plumbing leak in my room, however the staff took care of it quickly and got me into another room pronto. It's a great location in downtown Hamilton and only about 45-50 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. Easy walking distance to shops, breweries, and German……

“Great location and clean hotel. Surprisingly not much highway noise since it is just off I71/75. Rooms were amazing. Pretty standard hotel breakfast, but it was hot and the waffle makers worked. Only issues we had were the body wash dispenser being empty and the shower head not being tight on the pipe, so water splashed out the back. We told the front desk, but it didnt get fixed while we were there. Hopefully it is fixed for the next person. Overall, a great stay and would stay there again if……
