“Property entrance was rough, with dark lighting and raised concrete paths, possible trip hazard. Backyard area in need of cleanup. Steps to enter property were small and somewhat difficult to use. Noise level was high. Third floor occupants were loud throughout stay. Unit was clean and comfortable.”

“Absolutely loved this place! Stayed here for a niece and auntie trip and we all loved it! It was a total of 6 of us and we had plenty of room. The place was really nice and clean and very well stocked. We will definitely book again!”

“This condo is first class and very clean. The kitchen is well equipped. I also found it fairly quiet considering it is in downtown Cincinnati. The only caution is there are a lot of stairs to get up to the bedroom. No problem for most people but could be challenging for some elderly,etc. Overall a very good stay!”

“In town for a wedding at the Madison and this property was extremely convenient location wise. Walkable to everything we needed during stay. Property was clean and exactly as described! Would visit here again. ”

“We really enjoyed our stay at this cute 2nd-floor apartment. The location was super convenient—easy access to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. One of the highlights was the large viewing window that offered a great look at the city—perfect for people-watching. The space was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. “This unit has a great downtown location if you're looking to be in the heart of the action—but be aware that weekend noise is intense, with partying well into the night. Light sleepers, bring earplugs.The condition of the unit leaves a lot to be desired. The main door has a visible gap at the top, which not only lets in outdoor light but raises security and comfort concerns. “This was a great space with plenty of room for two couples in the heart of the OTR district. The location was just a short Connector ride to the stuff we were doing including a Reds game and visiting Washington Park. Also just a short drive to other activities such as a show at Ludlow Garage and a fun time at Analog Fair. Highly recommended.”
