“The cottage was very clean on the inside and is decorated nicely. The bathrooms and kitchen are very nicely updated! The house is not large but accommodated our party of 6 very well. We also hosted a graduation luncheon for 11 people and it worked fine, though there is not a dining table. Ray, the owner, was very responsive to our messages with questions and needs. The only suggestion is that the porch and dock area could use a good power washing/cleaning. Overall, I would recommend this……
