“The farm house was amazing! We enjoyed the country side and the quiet. It was a cozy place for our family reunion. There are some things that could be fixed or updated but overall the pros definitely outweigh the cons. The property manager was amazing and so accommodating. We would definitely stay again and look forward to it. ”

“6 of us girls got together to celebrate a birthday! Everything from the house to location was great! Very close to breweries and Ciderys! Host was great and house was ADORABLE! 10/10 would recommend the hen house! Kitchen had all utensils needed and bedrooms came with clean beds with sheets and extra blankets! “We rented the home for its proximity to Wintergreen for a quick skiing trip,and it was perfect. A cozy older home with a cabin like feel. Couldn't have asked for anything more. Owners were great, get back to you quickly if you have questions. Definitely rent again if we come back to the area.”

“This property is pretty expensive for a one-person weekend retreat, and I was worried I would regret it. I didn't--not one little bit. The house is so incredibly comfortable and spotless and easy. And the sauna is truly incredible. I used it a LOT. The view is lovely as well, and it's an easy drive to some great hikes. I highly recommend this place. ”

“Wife and I were looking for a place away from the hustle that comes with NOVA normally, and especially the weekend of the inauguration. I must say we found the absolute best spot. “The property is Gorgeous with green rolling hills, a pond with geese and baby geese on the way, deer, beaver and lots of other wildlife! Everything was so close to Charlottesville…Carter’s Mountain, Restaurants, Wineries and a Wonderful treasure down the road at Simeon’s! We loved having picnics on the grounds watching the sunset! Steve was A Great host! Would highly recommend for a relaxing getaway! ”
