“Tried to check in early said i had to pay to check in early so sat in car for an hour. Front desk very unprofessional when i checked in. The early check in lady doing nothing but looking at her cell phone said the lady on business phone talking to a customer could check me in.”

“Check in person great, lobby very nice. Rooms worn out and fixtures metal and rusty. Carpet dirty and soaking wet in first room. Second room when moved better but still marginal at best. ”

“Breakfast was lame, not everyone eats cereal or waffles and only decaffeinated tea bags. Thank goodness there was a Waffle house a mile away. ”

“I used the quick check in link the company sent me only to find out when i arrived that the hotel i was staying in did not participate in that. It was kind of upsetting because why send me a text to enter in my info to make things eaiser just to be told oh sorry”
