“This apartment nailed the location, right in the heart of Toronto's entertainment district! Everything was right outside the door. The apartment had all the basics I needed. The street noise wasn't an issue at all. Perfect for anyone wanting a fun, central spot.”

“clean and cozy place. a little difficult to navigate, making it out of the parking garage was a struggle. finding our room was another journey. once we were all settled in everything was perfect. room had a comfy, firm bed, and lots of great seating. a kitchenette with everything you need. if you were planning a longer stay, they have a supply closet you can restock yourself with. a great view of lake ontario from the balcony. 8.5/10.”
“Room service was poorly handled—no tray was provided, and when I called to request one and arrange a pickup, neither was done, so the plates were left overnight. I also had trouble getting staff to collect them the next morning.
The Terrace Suite had no screen door, which led to a lot of mosquitoes getting in during my stay.
Overall, a beautiful property, but communication and attention to detail need improvement.”
“Traveling as a woman alone, I felt very safe at this property and walking to restaurants that are close by. The unit was very clean and had everything I needed for my stay. I will definitely be staying here on my next trip to Toronto. ”

One thing I wish to improve is that it took me a while to find garage P3. The sign to P3 is not obvious enough. My car was hovering around at P2 for more than 10 min and could not find how to get to P3. ”
