“This was just a pit stop for us for the night on our way out to Illinois. Plenty of parking, a gas station next door for easy access to top off the tank before hitting the road again. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. A nice continental breakfast was available by 630a, pastries and coffe is a great way to start the day afterwll. A variety of gas stations, restaurants and stores are available within minutes of the hotel, so that is very convenient too. ”

“The property is gorgeous, and the house is great. Even though you’re out in the country, there are miles of trails to explore and lots of wildlife to watch. There wasn’t much water in the river when we visited but we still had fun playing frisbee and ladder ball on the sand bars. It was really rainy during our stay but there was plenty of comfortable seating inside too for watching movies and playing board games. The rooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. “My last stay here was good. Unfortunately this one was not so good. I booked a king & only 2 queen was available. One bed has pretty firm & one very soft. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was mold onthe shower caulking. Towels were grimy looking but bed Linens ok. I was disappointed because I like to give local businesses my money. Not worth the money. ”
