“Upon arrival, the family was a bit apprehensive about the surrounding properties being aged and in need of restoration. The neighborhood is certainly in a transitional period but after entering the home their concerns went away. The description was exactly as advertised and it has wonderful historic character. The location to all tourist attractions that we wanted to visit was generally less than 15 minutes. Communication with the manager was great and we would definitely visit again. ”

Having the house let us hang out together and talk instead of having to occupy their free time running around town. Your graduate will be tired and will want to relax, and you won’t have seen your kid for 7.5 weeks. We grilled out and enjoyed his company. It was perfect for what we were looking for”

“This place was cute but the neighborhood is not very good and the streets are narrow and hard to navigate. I only found one stack of a couple towels on a cabinet for both bathrooms. There was trash from the previous guests and there was not a typical coffee maker. Communication with the property manager was A.”

“We had 7 guys come down to do a quick golf trip around san antonio. The house was clean and looked like the pictures. We never had any issues with the house. My only complaint would be a bigger tv in the living room, and we had trouble with the tv remote. Other than those miniscule issues, the house worked great.”
