“Not fancy, but very adequate and very friendly. Host lives on the proporty which is convenient for information and directions. However,our space was private. Due to the location I would certainly do a return stay. Again, host was very nice.”

“We greatly enjoyed our stay! The atmosphere and privacy were so relaxing!! We like to stay at "non-typical" types of lodging when we are just being tourists! This place has a unique charm with alot of iconic history that we really appreciated! The host was super great, and it was easy and affordable to Uber everywhere we wanted to go!”

“Loved this house! If you are looking to be within walking distance of San Antonio this is not the place. It’s about a 10-20 mins drive to downtown depending on traffic. It worked perfect for us as we were with 3 other families and needed a place to stay for a cheer competition The backyard is beautiful and we spent a lot of time sitting outside visiting. Don’t let the neighborhood fool you. It is very quiet. However, there is nothing to see or do in that area. There is a HEB close by so we……

“4 generations came together for our annual girls trip. This house was just perfect for us! The pool, hot tub and views were amazing. It felt very secluded. Daisy was a wonderful host and very easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful and roomy and had everything we needed. We will be returning! ”

“The place was perfect for us and would have been even better if it hadn’t been cloudy. The sky deck was perfect for sky watching. The three separate spaces made it great for everyone to have their own space. Also the barndorium was great for evening entertainment with pool tournaments going all evening. The only sad part was seeing the dry lake but we weren’t there for the water so we didn’t mind. Really enjoyed our stay.”

“My family and I booked this house to attend my cousins baby shower that was 15 mins away. Location was good and area had lots of restaurants and grocery stores not too far away. The house was like the pictures, though I wish the renovations inside were a bit more complete, because some things looked like they were bootlegged. There were plenty of pillows and blankets. The amenities were great being that we had kids and they really enjoyed the fire pit and games in the backyard. We weren’t able……

“VRBO called the owner of this property regarding the death of who booked this house three weeks in advance and he still refused to refund the stay. The property is overpriced due to the proximity to the River Walk. Too many items in the house made it hard to keep track of your own items.”

“This house was the perfect place to host a friends-giving dinner! Spacious kitchen, large dining table and plenty of activities in the backyard. It was too cold to swim but we made smores in the fire pit, played some mini golf, connect 4, and jenga. The rooms are spacious and the decor is SO CUTE! 10/10 would stay again. ”
