“Impressive communication and support from the host. ”

“The house is beautiful and has a great view of the Hollywood Hills. It’s new and clean. My husband always wanted to stay in this area and we can cross this off the bucket list. The drawback is the narrow road and parking. I don’t think even a small car could fit in the garage as there isn’t room to open the doors. We had a small SUV and had to climb out the trunk. After we parked on the street, but it’s hard to find parking and it’s dangerous getting in and out as the road is so narrow and cars……

“Property was clean and well appointed and in excellent condition. Communication from property manager was efficient and detailed.Property is on a narrow street which has a dense amount of cars parked on both sides of the road in a good neighborhood. It would be difficult to find parking on the street if that has been necessary but was not an issue as the garage provided was perfect for us.I would rent again if the opportunity arose.”

“We are a family of four who were evacuated from mandeville canyon during the Palisades fire and were looking for a semblance of normalcy from all the hotels we were bouncing around from. That is when we found this amazing home in a great location where we found home for several days. “This property is very nice and seems to be in a nice neighborhood. The only challenge was checkin. The host required multiple proofs of ID before sending a checkin code after we were already at the property and after already going through additional steps of completing a host-requested additional form to validate the VRBO ID process, which we had done days in advance.
