“We visited Greenville to catch some LLSWS action, this condo was perfect! They allowed our dogs to stay, which made our trip much more relaxing. The layout was great, patio and green space out back for the pups, quiet area away from the traffic. The host was very attentive & responsive to requests. We really enjoyed our stay.”

“This is the perfect location for a downtown New Bern visit! Highly recommend this condo. Very spacious layout with 2 bedrooms on separate ends of the unit. Would be a perfect 2 couples or a family stay. Kitchen was well stocked and had a coffee maker with coffee and creamer. David was very easy to ask questions and was prompt in his reply. The unit was very clean with comfortable beds and great air conditioning. There was some outside noise after midnight, since it’s located near restaurants.……

“We stayed here for Family Weekend at ECU! Easy out and back to the campus. We even took an Uber to and from to not deal with parking and each time it was inexpensive and quick response. So location is great. Property was very clean and comfortable. ”

“Stayed here to visit family. All went well except for our last day when the hot water heater went out. We called Mary and she offered to have plumber come fix it right away. It was our last noise we opted to go to a hotel in Raleigh. Mary refunded us for the last night. She was very responsive and the refund came through quickly. She is a great owner and responsible. “We stayed here for 5 nights to attend a week-long activity at ECU. Although the location of the neighborhood of this condo feels "out of town," it is only 10 mins from campus and a Trader Joe's, and 5 minutes from a Food Lion and a Harris Teeter. It was very clean and well-kept. The rules were clear and easy to follow. We found a small issue that could have been a hazard for our 6-year-old, and the owner came quickly to fix it.
