“This property is in a private neighborhood right off the water. It’s a short walk to the public access where you will find an amazing rocky beach to explore. There are some improvements that can be made to improve the function of the house but overall it is a great place for families to get together. The kids loved the theater room. ”

“The home was nice but it could have been cleaner. The edges where the walls hit the floors in the bathrooms needed a good scrubbing. Also the window edges in the sun porch were very dirty. The coffee maker was left dirty and full of grounds. The giant trash can in the kitchen was unnecessarily large and a little stinky. The views of the lake were awesome though.”

“Perfect location for enjoying Port Austin”

“The living space in the house was very spacious. Plenty of room to eat and play games together. Not really any beach access. Easier to drive to other local beaches. ”

“Beautiful view! Clean and spacious. Close to Port Austin and Caseville, so there are plenty of things to do. ”

“The house had all the things you need to make it a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean and nice! The location was perfect, close to everything, but still a quiet street. The only complaint we had was that there should be ceiling fans in every room. Without Central Air, it got very warm in there and ceiling fans would have helped. ”

“My husband and two young children stayed here for a long weekend trip to Caseville. Everything was perfect...the house was pristine when we arrived, and just as listed. Modern and cozy. The spacious master bath was probably my personal favorite feature. There were plenty of pleasant surprises that made our stay even better, such as the marshmallow roasting sticks (for smores), beach towels and beach chairs. I loved the rustic feel of the back yard...the trees behind the home added a level of……

“My sister got married in a very low key ceremony recently and we wanted to throw her and her husband a celebration with their closest friends and family. This was the perfect place for hosting a gathering! There was ample space for food prep and plenty of room for guests to hang out, play games, and enjoy the beautiful weather. Couldn’t have asked for a better location and the host was so helpful in answering any questions we had.”

“We loved the location and the rental property. The cabin had everything we needed. Our only complaint was it didn't have comfortable seating inside. We're 64 & 65 years old and would have preferred recliner chairs or another couch so we could both lay down and stretch out at the end of a long day of shopping, hiking and kayaking.
