“Great location. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.”

“I wanted to take bath but the water first was hot, after 10 minutes, water turned cold. I can’t neither take bath or shower. ”

“房間很大，設施新。距離midi火車站只有一分鐘距離，一出站外就能看見。性格比上價格相對便宜，推薦打算跨地區（比利時其他地區如根特，布魯日等）或跨國（轉乘大力士火車/歐洲之星）的人士入住，方便於midi站乘車。不過晚上火車站附近人流比較複雜，自己需要多注意安全。”

“I was there for a conference so convenient to stay there. Comfortable rooms with unusual design features. Just stays quirky rather than kitsch. The red light in the bathroom (pretending to be a darkroom) is amusing and useful at night to avoid fully waking up or disturbing any other sleeping occupants. Helpful staff. I did not eat in the restaurant but the conference catering was good. Not cheap but reasonable for a city centre hotel. Next to the Botanical Gardens and short safe walk to the……
