“酒店位置交通便利。 但本人和女兒入住了兩天。第一天兩人已被蝨咬，通知客房部，答應在第二天本人外遊時清潔，但第二天仍被蝨咬。 房內小型地毯也十分污糟。 隔音差。 ”

“Great location. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.”

“房間比較細，但地理位置優越！位置非常方便！洗手間垃圾桶異常細不夠用。水溫少許難調教，時冷時熱。升降機內音樂有點詭異，加上當打開門，看到昏暗燈光及穿着紅色裙的掛畫，感覺並不太舒服… ”

“距離車站大約15分鐘步程，離景點約10分鐘步程。 房間明亮、整潔。 大堂服務員有禮，辦理入住手續快速。”

“Nice enough hotel although it felt like a conference centre in parts. The restaurant service was slow and the food not great (had to send a steak back that was impossible to chew through for example). Only real issue is that if you park in the car park there's no way to get into the building with your luggage unless you walk up a flight of stairs and go back down in the lift - badly thought out.”

“可惜淡季因素不提供午，晚餐， 地理位置又很偏僻，既然提供豐盛早餐，建議中午晚上供應簡餐才是， 否則在城堡林中散步途中還要特別開車下山用餐”
