“I booked the privilege room online, but when I arrived, the room offered to me is quite different with the pictures showed in the website. I doubt they gave me a basic room instead but when I asked them in the reception, no one sloved my question. One guy only ask me whether I need to call the manager, but when I said yes, no one contact me then”

“Great location. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish. The breakfast was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.”

“大理石廁所是全間房最美的部分，而且很大很舒服，其餘睡床都舒服整體沒有什麼不好的地方。地點位於遠離市中心一段路程，我每天都走路去市中心的。”

“the overall conditions of hotel live up to my expectation being a five stars hotel. unfortunately, the house keeping services were so bad that i requested a tea pot for several times since check in. no one in the hotel responded to my request. i have to walk down to the restaurant and ask for one.”
