“There were only a few negatives and they were minor so I'll list them first. There appeared to be a small amount of water damage behind the bed, below the A/C unit. There was a long hair on the floor of the shower when we arrived.Aside from that, we believe the room offers good value for its price. The location is the clear and above greatest benefit. You're a very short walk ( 2 minutes) away from a small grocer, shops, drinks and food. The tram stop to the beach is ride outside your door.……

“We had never been to 30a and loved it! Cozy for Two is a great place to stay with an easy tram service to the beach and bikes provided to peddle around 30a. The hosts were available and even provided a welcome gift!:). It was clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We also took advantage of the umbrella and beach chairs they provided. Highly recommend !!”

“Small number of rooms. Spacious. Feels like home. Beach club is fantastic with good onsite restaurants. Reasonably priced. Hotel communicates via texting makes it very convenient. Beach is nice but quieter. Less people play in the water. So if you look for a nice relaxing retreat this is perfect”

“This condo proved a solid option for an affordable stay in Seagrove Beach. Located just behind Sugar Dunes, the condo was well-appointed (even umbrellas and great beach chairs), comfortable, clean, and had modern appliances and amenities. The beds were particularly good. The owner made everything easy and provided full instructions (both printed and in PDF) for everything we’d need for our stay in the area. “We have stayed in this complex four times now. This has been our favorite unit so far! Our 4 year old loves the location. He is able to walk to the beach, donut shop, Brozinni pizza, and Hokulia is a must for ice cream!Having a second bedroom was perfect for our one year old.The unit had a few more updates than the pictures show in the listing. “Staying at the Inn is great because you have your own pool just for Inn guests--all other pools are INSANELY and obnoxiously crowded. So if you are staying on property at a house, not at the Inn, good luck with enjoying the pool. Staying at the Inn, however, was very low key and enjoyable. ”
