“This might be the cleanest rental we’ve stayed on during a beach trip. Not even a speck of sand in the whole place! The hosts were responsive before during and after our stay…not that we needed to reach out to them because the rental had everything we needed! We loved the location, the amenities, and the view. Creating a comfy place for our three year old is so important to having a good and fun trip and even he started calling it “home” by day 3. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be choosing……

“Some reviews of others gave us some reservation of the place. My wife even asked me to buy bed bug spray before heading to FL. We would like to thank the owner for honoring the initial low asking price saving us some money from the last-minute rental. We were very glad we rent the unit instead of a hotel room. Certainly, the resort is not a 4*. So, we don't expect as such. It is better than 2* hotel. The check-in was quick. The unit is quite spacious. There are two large queen-size beds compared……

“This corner unit has a large nicely decorated living room with open floor plan. Bedrooms and living room all have balconies, some with gulf view. There's a great patio table on living room balcony. Nice bedding, comfy mattresses, well appointed kitchen. Free underground parking, upscale well maintained property. Never any trash or shabbiness anywhere in the common areas. Never waited on an elevator. Hot tubs and huge walk-in showers in each bedroom. Boat shuttle to beach makes you feel……

“The grounds needs some clean up as far as grass flowers etc. Our room was fine but not much for cooking utensils etc. Couldn’t find the ironing board. ”

“Very nice and convenient to beach and shops/restaurants. Enjoyed our stay very much. My only issue is the security group isn’t very pleasant. They are very harsh. And the armband issue is a bit much especially when the rest of the family had armbands on and one may have forgotten in the room. We felt like constant harping and getting on to you. If a few had armbands be a little understanding. Not like we are teenagers trying to break rules.”

“We traveled to 30A for wedding in Rosemary. This was the perfect location, walking distance to Rosemary & the Winston Lane beach access. Gorgeous pool & a great/clean gym overlooking the pool. The unit was clean & had everything we needed for our weekend stay!”
