“we had a wonderful time at the carriage house! it was quiet and very family friendly. there are 4 different parks in the neighborhood which i appreciate with my kids being 5 & 3. there were a lot of other kids out riding bikes, throwing a football in the street etc. being able to ride the tram to the beach was soooo nice. the pool area was gorgeous and has a pool that’s no deeper than 3ft which makes it very kid friendly. there were so many good restaurants as well and live music in several……

They drain and clean the pools on Sundays which is a slight inconvenience if you are stay through Monday and looking to spend time in the pool and the pool opens back up at 12pm. We Went to the hot tub around 6 pm and the jets were blowing cold water the pool was the same temp if not slightly warmer than the hot tub. The front desk told us it takes a while to heat up.
