“The house was perfect for our 25th Anniversary trip! Loved staying in the park, and it is in a great location. It had everything we needed and the rear deck offered great sunset views. There are quite a few stairs to get your bags down, but if you're planning on exploring any Yosemite trails this is just a warm up. Would stay again!”

“This place has it all. Fully stocked kitchen and privacy to boot. The friendliest dog to greet us along with the cutest donkeys. ”

We especially enjoyed the spa after our visits to Yosemite and the sounds of the little creek as we sat on the front patio. While the home is located on the highway, it was not an issue - it was very quiet and peaceful. It is very obvious that the hosts put great care into creating a comfortable and fun place to stay! “Our stay at this property was wonderful! My only complaint is that it was too short so we were unable to enjoy some of the nearby amenities. It was an easy drive to Yosemite. Grocery store was close and had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and we would definitely stay here again! ”

“We chose this place for its excellent location: Very close to our own lot while working on it. The house is small, basically a single-wide manufactured home; but it has all the necessaries except a laundry and dishwasher which we didn’t need. It’s very clean, and the owner was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The bedroom doesn’t have its own HVAC, so we slept on the pull-out sofa in the main room. This place is good for two guests or a small fam. The lake is nearby, and it’s……

“Absolute recommendation - we had a pleasant stay :) nicely furnished, a very well equipped kitchen and wonderful location in the woods and close to the lake. But consider that you have to pay 50$ per vehicle once to enter the community.”

“Property was conveniently located to Yosemite and in a quiet and pretty area. The place was clean and had everything we needed. The barbecue grill was really nice! The AC kept the main living area cool when it was on. I had not experienced the restrictions on using laundry at only certain times during stays at other California properties but we made it work and I was glad to have a laundry facility. Our family enjoyed being closed to Yosemite. ”
