“Room was beautiful, as was the hotel, loved our little balcony, however, the tiles in the bathroom shower area need repair, were loose and missing grout and the mattress should be replaced ”

“Hotel lobby is pretty new and grand for a 3-4 star hotel. The hotel staff are helpful and nice. It's a nice choice if you are traveling in the Belfast City Airport. But the housekeeping service is a bit messy.”

“No bottled water, insufficient seats and cups in the room for 3 adults. The air con didn’t work even the staff reset it, forcing us to open the window which made the room more noisy. ”

“It was nice place.. modern and in good condition my only note is they need better cleaning the rooms that really important just tiny but more cleaning other than that its good. Its located in a really active street so you could hear noises from the street time to time but not from the rooms which I really like (I hate thin walls). ”

“We had an unforgettable stay at the Regency House in Belfast. The Mayor’s Suite was absolutely incredible—spacious, elegant, and full of character. Just as impressive was the service; each of the girls we dealt with went above and beyond, easily some of the best hospitality we’ve ever experienced (we found out they live together, study together and work together - and it shows that the all share the same work ethic and kindness)! Highly recommend!”
