The AC has a digital controller system that allows the owner to limit the use and function of the AC particularly the lowest temp and auto adjusts in the middle of the night. Last thing I want is to have to wake up in the middle of the night to turn the AC back down to 65 lowest they will allow from the auto adjust to 72/74. Accessibility: Must climb a 3 step ladder to enter wagon so could be a challenge for some. Less than 20 mins to restaurants. Host, Tim was very congenial. Unique experience, would recommend.”
