“This house was perfect for our group of 5 adults - 2 couples and a single. The layout of the house allowed for all of us to eat at the large table and to sit together in the living area. Two and a half bathrooms was a plus. The house was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We were not far from the entrance to the park, about 20-25 minutes.”

“Amazing house so many awesome things to make your stay comfortable. Full kitchen with accessories you need for cooking and grilling. The hot tub is amazing. The location is great easy to find. Great host and communication from them. Will definitely stay here again. The hot tub made it so worth it after a long day of hiking.”

“We stayed here for a couple of nights in March while exploring Capitol Reef National Park, and it was absolutely perfect. The home offers spacious, open living areas that are both comfortable and inviting, making it a great place to relax after a day of adventuring. “Very nice house. Decorated nicely and plenty of essentials. Nice area, beautiful back area/wooded Only negative thing was having a mouse (or 2 ?)We found mouse droppings on the counter after we were there a couple days. We didn’t leave food out. The day we were leaving, we saw a mouse in the TV room and kitchen. Not sure if it was the same one. If we not leaving that day, I would have contacted the manager to come and get it otherwise I wouldn’t stayed. I did let the manager know about the……

“Super cute and compact house. Seemed very new and had a big bathroom. Not much of a kitchen but it worked. Fun surroundings: pond, fire pits, farm animals (goats, roosters, chickens, & turkeys). Great night views of stars and the Milky Way!”

“Gorgeous place. Enjoyed a moonlit night with a campfire. There IS a shower (note on VRBO indicates no shower); shower is just not located IN the wagon. Accessibility: Must climb a 3 step ladder to enter wagon so could be a challenge for some. Less than 20 mins to restaurants. Host, Tim was very congenial. Unique experience, would recommend.”
