“I stay there 5 nights, I don’t think the quality of be 4 stars. The rooms are old & dusty. Unexpected a DIY shower show up in the hotel not the slum. The breakfast was disappointing, chaos buffet table, boiled egg from fridge, no choice other than the sweets. Rude waitress of the dinner restaurant let me lost the mood to enjoy the poor-quality dinner. Staff at reception are friendly & helpful, but overcharge of minibar was found on the bill. The hotel made my holiday be murk, I won’t be……

“helpful ,patient and friendly reception staff, but hotel is a little far away from city center and no entertainment around hotel. anyway, since only 15 minutes drive to airport, it is the best choice for 1 day stay before leaving napoli btw, one english speaking reception staff is handsome, lol”

“I booked this hotel after staying at a different hotel a few nights. In comparison, this was a 4.5 star experience. It was clean, new(ly renovated), great front desk customer service, food onsite, everything (but a pool). It’s in a district suited for warehouses so the roads are sloppy and one directional but that’s not the hotel’s fault. Just catch an u we or use the bird scooters and you’re fine. I’d say the bartenders can be a little lax, but that’s the Italian culture apparently. You have……

“It was a good hotel for our stay. The hotel was clean and the room was serviced every day including change of towels. Our room was large, air-conditioning in very good condition. Being on the main road, closed to the central train station makes the hotel a bit noisy during the day, but at night it quiets down. No much noise if the windows are closed. It would be nice though if they could provide some glasses or plastic cups for water. The surroundings streetsmay look a bit unkempt and……

“The room is spacious and sparkling clean, bed is comfortable, the breakfast included is nice with fresh fruits. The staff are nice and provided some great recommendations. Location is very convenient and walkable from Napoli Centrale station and Garibaldi Metro station. Would definitely return if I go Naples again!”
