“Very nice hotel in good location in Xi´an. It's outside of the city and next to Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Everbright City. Personally I think that is the place where you want to stay in Xi´an. 2 min walk to Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Everbright City. Less than 10 min walk to Tang Paradise (you want to go there). City wall, Bell- and Drum tower and Muslim Quarter are easy to reach by Taxi or DiDi. You can walk from city wall to all of them. You want to go there maybe once or twice, but you can……

“it was wonderful experience to stay this hotel. every single crew was so nice and their service was warm, heartful and very helpful. expecially, i found there were no free drinks which was informed when i made a reservation, and i asked them about it, the staff corrected/resolved the problem very fast. every service he provided was accurate and very kind. thank you guys.”

“I booked one king size bed private hot spring room in Expedia, but the hotel system shows double beds private hot spring room when I arrived. The front desk took 10 min to get me the right one. However, when I entered the room, it was totally uncleaned. Looked like someone just left the room without cleaning. Used towel in the bath, used towel on the floor, and the hot spring is still filled with hot water...... I had to called the front desk and ask them get me a room again..... Totally ruined……
