“Went on a mother/daughter getaway for our first time on Orcas Island. The location was great, a little more out in the woods, but only a short distance to the cute town of Eastsound. You can see the water from the porch and there is a waterfall right next to you that you can hear/see. There were people who stayed above us that you could easily hear walking/using the water but not too disruptive. The only item that wasn’t as advertised was we were missing a hair dryer. Otherwise, great low price……

“The listing described the property as a charming lake cottage, but it feels more like a guest room as it is attached to the garage and right next to the entrance to the main house. It's a cute space, but not quite what we expected from the description. While the owner was very friendly, this setup felt more like we were intruding on a private space than staying in a standalone cottage. Clarifying this in the listing would help future guests know what to expect.”

“Fantastic, quiet, private! I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated how easy Steve made the process of checking in/out was. This is a really novel location, end of a cul de sac and on the second story of a garage/outbuilding so when you look out the windows when sitting on the couch, you feel like your in a tree house. Cedars and maples and birds and all the good stuff. I will definitely stay here again. ”

“My dog and I loved our stay. The property had everything we needed for a relaxing evening after long days of adventuring. The location was perfect to explore both the islands and north cascades during our short stay. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. My dog and I enjoyed the yard space and patio as well. The host Judy was an excellent communicator and checked in throughout the stay to make sure we were having a great time. My dog loved visiting with Judy each time she went outside and she was……

“This facility was perfect for us! The price, the location, the overall set up of the facility was ideal!! Our room had everything we needed to be self contained, but when we wanted a kitchen, dining room or comfy living room all of that was available too! We loved the large patio with a fantastic view of the harbor! We stepped out the door and we were close to everything downtown! Just perfect!”

“Grateful for the generosity and kindness of the hosts while we were there to cheer our son on in the Chuckanut 50k. ”

“Such a charming and well-kept vacation rental! The space was spotless, and I really enjoyed the fun kraken theme throughout. The host was friendly and provided clear, helpful instructions for both check-in and check-out. One of my favorite features was the outdoor table—perfect for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing with takeout in the evening”

“Ocean Bliss is an amazing property. We loved everything about it and will try to stay again on our next visit to the area. Everything you can think of is provided and the house and decor are beautiful and very comfortable. We really wanted to stay a few more nights but had to get back home. We had our own car so we cannot rate transportation or walkable options above.”
