“We arrived at unit XXXXA at 7:40 p.m. and were finally able to enter an hour later. Vacasa had sent me 10 emails before our arrival, all with the wrong unit number (XXXXA) and incorrect check-in instructions. It was dark and raining, and after spending about 15 minutes trying to get in, I called Vacasa. It took 10 minutes to reach an operator and another 10 minutes for the property manager to call me back. To make matters worse, the instructions directed us to a unit two doors to the left……

“The listing described the property as a charming lake cottage, but it feels more like a guest room as it is attached to the garage and right next to the entrance to the main house. It's a cute space, but not quite what we expected from the description. While the owner was very friendly, this setup felt more like we were intruding on a private space than staying in a standalone cottage. Clarifying this in the listing would help future guests know what to expect.”

Everything you can think of is provided and the house and decor are beautiful and very comfortable. We really wanted to stay a few more nights but had to get back home. We had our own car so we cannot rate transportation or walkable options above.”

“We enjoyed our stay so much. We came to view the tulips and the fields were only several miles away from our condo. The place was very comfortable, tastefully decorated, with a nice kitchen. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were lovely. We loved staying right in town because we were steps away from coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. We took many lovely walks.
