“My husband and I were very excited to enter this hotel, which room furnishing is very modern and clean. What makes this hotel outstanding is that there is a little kitchen with stove, water-heater and micro-wave, which make our stay very convenient. We went to a nearby supermarket to buy groceries and enjoyed our meals in the room, and it saved us a lot of money. The toilet and shower is separated, which is another nice, neat design. “Very close to the metro system which runs directly to the airport. The apartment was clean and had everything that we wanted. Just be aware that if you book a room with a sofa bed these rooms are road facing and you do hear the traffic. But it was not an issue and we were super happy with the apartment. ”

“Everything was so smooth and the 1 bedroom apartment was tucked away in a quiet back area. Felt like we were hidden away in a safe environment. The management was on top of everything to make us comfortable. I would definitely recommend this property for cost effective, unique experience. ”

“Thomaz Palace Appartment können wir sehr empfehlen. Super Kommunikation, entgegenkommenderweise konnten wir die Koffer schon vormittags unterstellen. Das Appartment war top ausgestattet, Küche mit Markengeräten, bequeme Betten im Schlafzimmer, ebenerdige Dusche und Pflegeprodukte im Bad, Wohnbereich mit Sofa und TV. Nahezu perfekt.
Nicht so toll fanden wir die Lage zur viel befahrenen, auch nachts relativ lauten Straße. Wir empfehlen jedem, ein Appartment nach hinten zu buchen. Schön wären……

“工作人员人非常親切，給了許多有益的旅遊資訊，旅館所在地點離大部份景點不遠，位置佳，房間及設備超棒，應有盡有，雖然沒有附早餐，但附近有傳統市場，超市及餐廳，不用擔心吃的問題，未來有機會希望能再入住.
The staff were very friendly and gave us many useful tourist information. The location of the hotel is not far from most of the attractions. The location is good. The rooms and facilities are excellent. Although there is no breakfast, there are traditional markets, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. Don't worry about the problem of eating, I hope stay again in the future.”

“Alt i alt en meget positiv oplevelse.En stor rummelig lejlighed med godt køkken, og god terrasse med udsigt over et stort torv med cafeer og restauranter.
På trods af en lettere trafikeret vej nedenfor var der meget lidt støj at høre i lejligheden.

Decent hotel, rooms for improvement for F&B
"The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger.
The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out!
We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better.
Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"

"The room is spacious and clean.
However, we are having unreasonable charge of one night without our consent. We paid for 2 nights and our credit card had been charged for the 2 nd night and we were found out this debit on our Visa card later.
Not until our second email to the hotel that the management team explained this is a system error. We have very unpleasant stay with this issue."
