“This place had it all! The owner thought of every detail & item you might need, including sunscreen, toiletries you might have forgotten, beach chairs & towels, snacks, etc. And the unit was beautifully decorated, quiet, clean & comfortable. The beach is quiet with white, soft sand. The balcony was perfect on the third floor up to watch dolphins every day. We loved this place and would highly recommend! The only thing to note is that it is on the 3rd floor with stairs (no elevator). Just……

“Lovely updates especially the kitchen and bath. Very clean and well supplied with basic needs.The building is an older property not well maintained but the location, beach access and updated unit is worth a beach lover’s stay. ”

“Great place to meet family. Thanks for the memories. One thing that was inconvenient was the door locked even after turning the inside deadlock. It did not do that last year.”

“Jo’s place is a great place to stay. Beach access is a few steps away, Tom Thumb Store is right there for anything you need to quick grab. Pool area is always clean. I always wash the dishes I use prior to any place I stay because I’m not sure how people wash their dishes but taking a few out of the cabinet had left over good in them. The couch bed could use some TLC, a good 3in memory foam pad could definitely help the spots that sank to low. Other than that PERFECT.”

“This is a great location. Close to everything from attractions, restaurants and shopping. The beach access is awesome and the views are spectacular. The only thing we found was the bed was a bit harsh for our liking. We also found in many others of these types rentals some spices, coffee left over from other guests. Not a deal breaker just was odd to fin nothing for cooking. I understand it maybe for safety reasons.”
