“The place was clean and fairly well stocked. Check out at 10 is a little early. Overall is was a good place if you don’t care about updated furnishings. It was very well kept. ”

“Beautiful condo off of the bay across the street from the gulf. Greg and Audrey were very helpful throughout our stay. The condo was perfect for what we needed. Close to restaurants and attractions but still tucked away from tourists so it felt private and quiet. Loved being there and will definitely come back. ”

“My family and I had a really great time staying here. You are super close to the beach, the rooms were spacious, clean and the overall property was well maintained. The beds were comfortable and enough room for our family of 6 (one being under 2). You do need to wear your wristbands when on the pool deck/boardwalk to beach so make sure to always wear them. The only improvement I thought the place needed was the vents near the ceilings needed cleaning, but that was the only thing and honestly……

“We enjoyed the location, the amenities, and the communication with the host was very easy and simple. The balcony needed to be swept a little better and we were there during “spring break” week which left teenagers around us unattended by adults and getting into things they shouldn’t, but the neither host nor location can be faulted for that. My suggestion would be not to come during spring break :). We loved our stay! ”
