“Die Lage des Hauses ist super, der Meeresblick ist wunderbar. Da es in höherer Lage liegt, ist jedoch ist ein Auto erforderlich. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist in Ordnung. Wir empfehlen jedoch die Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter, da während unserem Aufenthalt einige angegebene Ausstattungsmerkmale nicht vorhanden waren (kein Pool, kein W-Lan, keine Kaffeemaschine). Wir konnten weiterhin die Waschmaschine, den TV und den Ofen nicht benutzen, auch war die Lampe an der Dachterrasse defekt……

“Schöne, grosszügige Wohnung im oberen Stock eines 3-Familien-Hauses. Hübsch eingerichtet, Terrasse mit atemberaubendem Ausblick. Lage etwas oberhalb von Ricadi Lido. Fussweg zum Strand möglich, jedoch ziemlich steiler Rückweg.”

Firstly, accessing the property involved walking down several steps, which was inconvenient with luggage. Despite Google Maps indicating car access, it's not accurate. Additionally, during winter, the place took some time to heat up. Another downside was the lack of sea views from any windows, so be sure to read the description carefully. “I never give reviews, but after our stay at Giuseppe’s, I would be remiss. From the overflowing bowl of fruit awaiting us on the kitchen table to the wine and other essentials in the fridge, accompanied by the warm welcoming from Giuseppe, we automatically felt at home! Giuseppe treated us like an extension of his family and went above and beyond. One can tell the care and love that was put into the detail of the condos, not to mention the cleanliness. “First time in Calabria, visiting some native friends of the region. The outside was well kept. We loved the open layout of the inside. Kitchen had all the essentials. The owner of the place Eliano was very responsive to any concern/issue we had. Gave a very detailed list of things/need to knows before check-in and just over all a great guy. If we are ever back in Calabria we will defiantly consider staying here again!”
