“Für einen ruhigen Entspannungsaufenthalt genau das richtige. Das Haus hat alles, was man braucht und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Ferienhausanlage. Es gibt etwa 500 m entfernt einen kleinen Laden, wo man alles Nötige zur Selbstversorgung (auch kalabrische Spezialitäten) bekommt. Durch einen Pinienwald gelangt man an den Strand. In den Abendstunden kann man mitunter die Silhouette des Stromboli am Horizont erkennen. Etwa 2 km am Strand entlang sind zwei hervorragende Restaurants (Agostino und……

“We spent 10 days in your house. Beyond the holidays and the time that inevitably passes too quickly, we had an unforgettable stay here. In this house everything is harmonious and nothing is missing. the calm, the swimming pool, the landscapes, the view, such good authentic restaurants such as La Locanda or Zentrum 42. You eat there like in Italy ;-) and they are a 15 minute walk from the house. We have been renting holiday homes with private pools for almost 15 years. This is paradise, Martina……

“The property was even better than represented. The outdoor pool area and Cucina was where we lived. Davide arranged for a wonderful meal our first night. He was very responsive and provided us with many recommendations. In particular the resto in Gasperina was incredible. The area beaches and the sea were delightful to spend time at. “The property was not what had shown to be , very small for a group of 15 people and the bedroom and bathroom in some of the rooms you can hardly fit in the showers , very small indeed, the swimming pool was amazing they all enjoyed themselves in pool, the view was beautiful some days and some days you couldn’t see anything because of the smog , the whole house was too small altogether”

“We travelled here with another couple. The villa was very comfortable, well-stocked and spacious. We simply loved the deck overlooking the sea. We had breakfasts and dinners outside. It was a close drive to Tropea and we spent a day there doing a boat tour and sightseeing in the Old Town. This area is picture perfect and this villa was a perfect place to stay. a d”
