“Exactly as pictured. Very cozy & clean. Easy communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay but really appreciate accuracy, so as not to be disappointed. We knew the cottage was not ON the beach, but we did expect an ocean view as stated. You only see other rooftops and parking lots. And although there is parking for each unit, those in the front of the alleyway cannot get out, so it creates a little tension. We had someone banging on our door late at night because they couldn’t get out. We……

“Citrus Cottage was terrific. This was our second time and we enjoyed our stay. The Cottage was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we could walk to downtown easily. The Farmer's Market was a nice surprise. ”

The house was nicely furnished with a fresh feeling, And had all of the basics that you would need to feel comfortable for the week. When I discovered the beach cooler had some mildew because of standing water, Grace immediately dispatched her maintenance person to deliver a brand new one at our doorstep within hours. She truly cares about your stay and about you being comfortable, which is very important……

“Shell Cottage was cute as can be . It was very clean , beautifully decorated and well equipped. However; there is an alarm on the entry door that is ear shattering. The check-in information states it is part of the rental license rules which I understand. There was no grey box on the outside of the door which can be pressed to allow entry within 45 seconds before the alarm goes off. There was a button on the inside that allowed us to leave the cottage.. I’m not sure I would stay here again……

“We loved our stay here! It was the perfect place for a long weekend, with intention to be steps away from the beach, eat good food, and visit fun local spots. The house was in a very convenient location/close to main roadway back to mainland and right off the street yet tucked away enough to feel private. We ran into the owners a few times in passing and they were very friendly and welcoming, quick to respond to our neighbors who had issue getting into their other house upon checkin. Our……

“When we arrived there was a musty smell however my guess is from hurricane. Lots of things weathered but that’s expected. We needed outside plugin for golf cart however ended up running inside since all outside ones didn’t work. Overall it was an amazing view, beds comfy, had everything you coulld need.
