“This property is even better in person than it is in pictures. It’s a perfect location to walk to the beach. It is well appointed with everything you might need and then some! Pleasantly surprised to find quality kitchen items, easy to access laundry, beach supplies, and bikes. The little fenced in yard is private and lovely. “The 3 units divided from an old 1958 house has large gaps between units. No service provided and no response to photos and video. No hot water no wifi or tv remote. No dryer so if you swim, pack wet clothes in suitcase. No soap in shower and towels were rags. Suite with kitchen had 3 greasy frying pans and white powder in drawers. Frig sounded lijke an airplane. After a week neither Derrick or Jerry contacted me about the lack of service or their competency with hotel mngmt. Call your tenant or……
