“The hospitality and attention of the staff in the reception was commendable. The location is beautiful in the park. New hotel with nice interior and swimming pool, sauna etc. ”

“観光のため数日滞在しました。客室は非常に清潔で、極めて快適に過ごせました。(シャワーの水圧もバッチリ) 観光要所や市街からはやや離れており、ホテル周辺で歩いてレストランを探したり、買い物をするのには向きません。(ローカルなファーストフードや飲み物を買うコンビニ的なお店はあります。)ただ、ホテル内のレストランはイタリアンが中心で割高感はあるものの、使いやすく美味しいです。水などのソフトドリンク、軽いお菓子もホテル内で購入できます。 立地についても、配車アプリでタクシーはすぐ呼べますし、観光要所まで10分前後なので気になるほどではありませんでした。 ちなみに配車アプリを利用すれば、深夜や早朝でもタクシーはつかまえられます。その為、駅や空港へのアクセスは良好に感じました。(旧市街にあるホテルなどはタクシーに乗れる場所まで歩く必要があるホテルもあると聞くので) フロントのスタッフは英語が堪能で、フレンドリーかつ親切でした。洗濯機の使い方も非常に丁寧に教えてもらえて、本当に助かりました。”

“Great overall. Some minor issues like the coffee was over, hookah tips, disposable cups for takeout coffee, they ran out of it. It felt like there is a problem with delivery or maybe we were unlucky to get there during the busy occupancy period.”
