“It was fine for a quick trip. The husband was a little disappointed that the pool and hot tub was out of order and the tv was not set up on wifi. It wasn't really all that quiet either. “I am incredibly disappointed with this reservation. My husband and I arrived to the address we recieved, and it was not the right place. We waited for about 45 minutes, called both contact numbers and sent messages and got no communication. The only people we ran into did not speak English so thankfully my husband is fluent in Spanish and could converse with them for us to tell us we were at the wrong hotel! The place we ended up was great and Keith was wonderful but it was NOT THE RIGHT……

“It was absolutely amazing! My family of 18 people spent Christmas in Creste Butte. Teresa was so kind and made sure that everything was wonderful for us. My communication with her was great. She answered any questions that anyone in my family had. Eric, the property manager, was really nice and so helpful with anything we needed. He even towed my brothers vehicle when he got stuck in the snow. The location is great! You feel secluded but you are actually just outside of Creste Butte. The house……
